Kana is responsible for overseeing the Architectural aspects of the development and design of the project, production of the design documents ("plans") and product specifications. Having 8 years experience in SIM Card and Telecommunication solution development experience, he is able to lead the project from start to finish. He has extensive knowledge in client needs and how to meet it with the mixture of technology.

Jegan has very high accumen for problem-solving and planning for any software solution. After the purpose and specifications of software are determined, Jegan will design or employ designers to develop a plan for the solution. It includes low-level component and algorithm implementation issues as well as the architectural view. He has more than 10 years of programming experience and is J2EE Architect for the Java Platform.

Vijaya is the person accountable for accomplishing the stated project objectives. Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the triple constraint for projects, which are; cost, time, and quality.
